When booking your group for bowling or completing a Group Booking Inquiry Form, please indicate that you would like more information about adding food and we will be in contact with you to customize your catering package. (Please no outside food or drink.)
Groups purchasing a Full Center Rental may also arrange to bring in their own catering by making prior arrangements during the booking process. We thank you in advance for adherence to this policy.

1. When making a group lane reservation, we recommend that you reserve your lanes, meeting room or center for the maximum amount of time you want to use it. If you reserve your area for an hour and decide during your visit that you want to play or stay longer, please remember that your area may be unavailable past your original reservation time due to other center events and lane reservations.
2. Please, NO outside food or drink. If you want to provide food for your group and need information about catering, please indicate it on your form at the time of inquiry. Also, if your group plans to eat, but order and pay on their own, please indicate at the time of booking so that we may be properly staffed and stocked. Grill hours: Monday-Friday 4 PM - 10 PM, Saturday 1 PM - 10 PM, Sunday 1 PM - 9 PM.
3. Check-In up to 15 minutes before your reservation to get shoes and anything else your group needs. If your group hasn't shown or called within 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation start time, we reserve the right to use your lanes for other customers. Please note, if you do arrive late, your reservation will still end at it's originally scheduled time and we may not be able to give you your full time on the lanes if we have groups or other events booked following you.
4. Groups needing to cancel, reschedule or change the amount of their reservation lanes MUST do so within 72 hours of the scheduled reservation time to receive a deposit refund. Failure to cancel/reschedule/change in this time frame will result in a forfeiture of your deposit or payment. To cancel, reschedule or change a reservation, please email us at contactus@48bowl.com
5. Final bill is due at the end of your reservation. ONE PERSON must pay for the entire bowling rental. We are unable to handle separate transactions for group reservations. (This does not include bar or food tabs your guests may run if they are on their own for food & beverage purchases.)
6. Reservations may not be combined with any other deal, special, discount or offer.
