Lane Reservation Policies

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

1. When making a lane reservation, we recommend that you reserve your lane(s) for the maximum amount of time you want to use your lane(s). If you reserve your lane for an hour and decide during your visit that you want to play longer, please remember that your lane may be unavailable past your original reservation time due to other center events and lane reservations.

2. Please, NO outside food or drink. Food and Beverage is available for purchase in our centers. If you need information about catering, please contact Terri Jo Podraza at tjpodraza@48bowl.com.

3. Check-In up to 15 minutes before your reservation to get shoes and anything else your group needs. If your group hasn't shown or called within 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation start time, we reserve the right to use your lanes for other customers. Please note, if you do arrive late, your reservation will still end at it's originally scheduled time and we may not be able to give you your full time on the lanes if we have groups or other events booked following you.
 
4. Groups needing to cancel or reschedule their reservation MUST do so within 72 hours of the scheduled reservation time to receive a deposit refund. Failure to cancel/reschedule in this time frame will result in a forfeiture of your deposit or payment. To cancel or reschedule a reservation, please call the center you reserved lanes at.

5. Reservations made online may not be combined with any other deal, special, discount or offer.
